Terms & Conditions

What you agree to when you use SiteManor to build a salon website and run its bookings, inquiries, leads and walk-in QR codes from one dashboard.

Last updated 21 October 2026

We have written this in plain language on purpose. It is still a binding agreement, so read the billing, cancellation, content-ownership and acceptable-use sections before you publish a site — those are the ones that matter day to day.

01Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are the agreement between you and SiteManor ("we", "us") for the use of our website builder, dashboard and hosted salon websites. By creating an account, publishing a site or paying for a plan, you accept them.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, able to form a binding contract, and using the service for a real beauty business — salon, barbershop, nail studio or spa. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

02What the service does

SiteManor generates a website for your salon from a name and a short description, then gives you a dashboard where the results of that website land:

  • A published website with your services, prices, gallery and contact details, editable at any time.
  • Booking and inquiry forms whose submissions appear in your dashboard.
  • A leads page that keeps every client contact in one list.
  • A walk-in QR code that opens your own booking page on a client's phone; those bookings show up in the same dashboard.
  • A custom domain with SSL on the Pro plan and above; on Starter your site publishes on a free SiteManor subdomain.

We can add, change or retire features as the product grows. If a change materially reduces something you are paying for, we will tell you before it applies to your account.

03Your account

Keep your registration details accurate, keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has reached your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your login, including actions taken by team members you invite on the Studio plan.

One account per business unless we agree otherwise, and do not share credentials. If we find account details that are false or being used to misrepresent a business, we may suspend the account.

04Plans, fees and billing

Current monthly plans, billed in advance:

  • Starter — $19/month. One beauty business website, booking and inquiry forms, dashboard and lead management, a free SiteManor subdomain, email support.
  • Pro — $39/month. Everything in Starter, plus a booking QR code, a custom domain with SSL, unlimited booking requests and priority support.
  • Studio — $79/month. Everything in Pro, plus up to five locations, separate QR codes, team accounts, advanced analytics and guided onboarding.

Prices are shown without tax unless stated; you are responsible for any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies to your business. You can start without a credit card — a card is only needed when you choose a paid plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged proportionally; downgrades apply from the next renewal.

05Renewals and cancellation

Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel, so your website stays online without you thinking about it. Cancel in one click from your account settings — there are no contracts and no cancellation fee.

After you cancel, the site and dashboard stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account moves to a read-only state for a short time so you can export your leads and bookings before it is closed. If a payment fails we will retry, tell you, and only suspend the website if the payment stays unpaid.

If we change a price we will tell you before it affects your plan, and you may cancel rather than accept it.

06Your content and your brand

The text, photos, prices, testimonials and service lists you publish stay yours. You give us the permission we need to host them, display them on your website and format them into the design — nothing more than that.

You confirm that you have the right to publish what you upload, that your services, prices and opening hours are accurate, and that testimonials come from real clients. If a piece of content infringes someone's rights or breaks the law, you are the one answerable for it, and we may remove it.

07Client data and your obligations

Bookings, inquiries and leads collected through your website belong to your business. You decide why they are kept and how they are used, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and a privacy notice of your own, for honouring a client's request to be deleted, and for not publishing a client's personal information.

We process that data on your instructions to run the dashboard, and we will not use your client list to market our own products to them.

08Acceptable use

The service is for running a legitimate beauty business. You agree not to:

  • Publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive or discriminatory content, or offer services you are not licensed to provide.
  • Impersonate another business, or use the platform to send unsolicited messages.
  • Try to break, disable, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or work around a plan limit.
  • Scrape our websites or another salon's data, or resell the platform under your own brand without written permission.
  • Upload malware, or use the booking forms to test whether stolen payment cards work.
  • Interfere with another salon's website or dashboard.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

09Custom domains and SSL

From the Pro plan you can connect a domain you own. You keep the domain registration and stay responsible for its DNS settings and renewal; we issue SSL free of charge and point it at your site. If your domain provider changes records or your registration lapses, the website goes dark until the DNS is fixed — that part sits outside our control.

Do not point a domain at SiteManor that you have no right to use, or one used to mislead clients about who owns the business.

10Third-party services

Parts of the service depend on other companies — hosting, email delivery, payment processing and your domain registrar. Each has its own terms and policy, and their outages or changes can affect yours. Where we are not responsible for a third party's conduct, we are not liable for it.

11Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep websites and dashboards available around the clock, including scheduled maintenance that is kept short and, where possible, announced. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and a missed booking caused by an outage outside our reasonable control is not a claim against us.

You can export your bookings, leads and content before you cancel, and we will help you take them with you if your account closes.

12Intellectual property

The SiteManor name, logo, software, dashboard and website designs belong to us and are licensed to you while your account is active. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own business — not to copy them, resell them, or launch a competing builder from them. Your salon's brand stays yours, and we will not use it publicly without your say-so.

13Feedback

Ideas you send us about the product are voluntary. You can tell us not to use a suggestion, but otherwise we may act on it and build it without paying you for it and without owing you a share of what it earns.

14Disclaimers

The service is provided "as it is" and "as available". We build the website and hand you the dashboard; we do not promise a number of bookings, a search ranking, a specific revenue, or that the design will suit every client. You choose the services, prices and hours your business offers, and you are responsible for meeting them.

15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, lost clients, lost data or other indirect damage, even if we were told they might happen. Where we are liable, our total responsibility for anything that happens through the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the problem arose.

These limits do not apply to anything the law says cannot be limited, such as fraud or our own wilful misconduct.

16If someone makes a claim because of you

If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you published, a service you offered, your use of a client's information, or a breach of these Terms, you will cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it. Tell us as soon as you hear about it so we can respond together.

17Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time from account settings. We may warn you, suspend the website, or end the account for non-payment, serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, or a legal order. Where we can, we give you a chance to fix the problem first.

Sections on content ownership, client data, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law stay in force after the account ends.

18Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. We will post the new version here with a fresh date, and email account holders before a change that materially affects them. Keeping your site published after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, cancel before the date we give you.

19Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which SiteManor's operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of that country's courts — except where you live in a place whose consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim at home, in which case that right stands.

Before going to court, write to us and let us try to sort it out; most problems are a short email apart. Nothing here stops either side from seeking an urgent injunction, or from using a small claims court where that is available.

20Other terms

  • These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about the service and replace anything said before you signed up.
  • If one clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest keep working and that clause is read as narrowly as possible.
  • We can pass our side of this agreement to another company if the business moves; you cannot hand your account over without our written consent.
  • If we do not enforce a rule today, that does not mean the rule has gone away.
